I WAS looking for all natural baby sunscreen for a while now based on my research And This has the best ingredients in it. So far, so good enough, with the Boulevard for us. We chose this location based on CR ratings, reviews Baby Bargains and the fact that it was easy to adjust the straps for tightness and height.Our son seems very comfortable seat, and naps in it without problems. However, the seat has some disadvantages that should not exist in reality, considering its exorbitant price.

- The seat is easy to install, but very heavy and very large. We have a 2010 Toyota Rav-4, but still think that the seat is too large. It fits, but I do not think we will be able to use the same model of a second seat in our smallest sedan.

- The straps twist CONSTANTLY that, once again, should not be a problem since it was a $ 300 car seat. Seriously, could not fix the problem with a small part of my purchase price? They are also difficult to keep out of the way when you set up little guy in the seat, so I have to dig out from under him (before untwisting them) almost every time. They have included Velcro straps and the seat to try to help with this problem, but is basically useless.

- I do not know whether it is due to the overall size of the seat or if it's just a scourge of the rear seats, but it is inconvenient to get our son in and out of the seat facing the rear. Even at 10 months and hates to get out of the office, even if it's okay once it's inside and buckles. I almost long arm to hold him, him down and then around the seat and lean into the car to fix the wiring.Super annoying.

- I have not tried to remove the seat fabric for cleaning (and after reading some of the other reviews, are not eager to try it), but the buckle is a pain in the neck than to clean it if anything goes. Again, this might be the case with any site, but after spending 20 minutes trying to scrape spit-up, I want to wear a bib in the car my son suffered.

เกิด เมื่อวันที่ 11 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2532 ที่รัฐฮาวาย เธอเริ่มหัดเล่นกอล์ฟเมื่อตอนอายุเพียง 4 ขวบ พ่อของวี เป็นผู้เริ่มสอนกอล์ฟเธอเป็นคนแรกที่บ้านเกิดของเธอเอง หลังจากเล่นกอล์ฟมาเรื่อยๆจนอายุได้ 11 ขวบ วีก็สามารถชนะรายการของนักกอล์ฟสมัครเล่นได้มากมาย กระทั่งเมื่อเธออายุ 15 ปี วีก็สามารถเป็นนักกอล์ฟอาชีพได้สำเร็จ

"เธอรู้ตั้งแต่แรกเมื่อตอนหัดกอล์ฟใหม่ๆแล้วว่า เธอจะต้องเล่นกอล์ฟเป็นอาชีพและเล่นตลอดไป" วี บอก

เมื่อ ปี 2546 วีเป็นนักกอล์ฟหญิงคนแรก ที่มีอายุน้อยที่สุด และสามารถผ่านการตัดตัวในการแข่งขันกอล์ฟอาชีพของ LPGA ในรายการ คร้าฟ นาบิสโก้ โดยทำสกอร์ได้ 6 อันเดอร์พาร์ ในรอบที่สามของการแข่งขัน ซึ่งเป็นสกอร์เท่ากับสถิติเดิมในการแข่งขันในรายการเมเจอร์ซึ่งวีจะต้องแข่ง ขันในรอบสุดท้าย ร่วมก๊วนกับ แอนนิก้า โซรอนสตรัม และ พาทริซ่า เลอบอร์ ซึ่งก็เป็นผู้ชนะการแข่งขันในรายการนี้

หลังจากนั้นไม่กี่เดือน วีก็สามารถชนะรายการสำคัญของนักกอล์ฟสมัครเล่นได้ ทำให้เป็นนักกอล์ฟคนแรกไม่ว่าชายหรือหญิงที่สามารถชนะในรายการแข่งขัน ผู้ใหญ่ จากนั้นเธอยังทำสถิติเป็นนักกอล์ฟที่มีอายุน้อยที่สุดที่ผ่านการตัดตัวใน รายการ US Women’s Open ซึ่งจบด้วยอันดับที่ 39

เมื่อเริ่มต้นฤดูการแข่งขันปี 2548 วีได้ลงแข่งขันในหลายรายการของ PGA ซึ่งเป็นการแข่งขันของนักกอล์ฟชายซึ่งยังไม่มีนักกอล์ฟหญิงคนไหนได้ลงแข่งมา ก่อน และในปีนี้เองวีได้ลงแข่งในฐานะนักกอล์ฟอาชีพเป็นครั้งแรก ในรายการ LPGA Samsung World Championship โดยได้โควต้าจากสปอนเซอร์ให้ลงแข่งขัน

วีสามารถทำตำแหน่งที่ 4 ได้ในการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ แต่ว่าเธอโดนให้ตัดสิทธิ์ออกจากการแข่งขันเนื่องจากเซ็นต์สกอร์การ์ดไม่ถูก ต้อง

ในเดือนมกราคม ปี 2550 วีได้ลงแข่งขันในรายการ PGA ที่ผู้ชายแข่งเป็นปีที่ 4 ติดต่อกัน ในรายการ Sony Open ซึ่งแข่งขันในรัฐฮาวาย ซึ่งเป็นบ้านเกิดของเธอ แต่ครั้งนี้เธอไม่สามารถผ่านการตัดตัวในการแข่งขันวันที่สองได้

A	top
Address	Your position in relation to the ball as you prepare to strike.
Albatross	A score of three under par on a hole.
Alignment	How your body is aligned in relation to an imagined ball-to-target line.
Approach shot	One whose target is the green.
Approach putt (or lag putt)	A putt not directly aimed at the hole, but close enough to make the next putt a certainty.

Backspin	The spin on the ball caused by the loft of the club face.
Backswing	The first part of the swing, when the club is taken away from the ball to behind the shoulder.
Banana Ball	A bad slice, so called because the flight of the ball resembles the shape of a banana
Barber	A player that talks to the point of annoyance.
Birdie	A score of one under par on a hole.
Blind	A hole or shot where you can't see your target.
Bogey	Originally the expected score in which a good player was reckoned to complete a hole, but now replaced by par. Bogey has come to mean one over par on a hole.
Borrow	How much you have to aim right or left when putting to allow for the slope of the green to bring the ball back to the hole.
Bunker	A natural or artificial depression on a fairway or round the green. It is usually half -filled with sand but can be made of earth or grass.
C	top
Caddie	A helper who carries a player's bag around the course and may advise on the course or the game.
Casual Water	Water on the course which is not part of the design, such as rain puddles or over-watered areas. If a ball is in such water or, to play it, the player's feet would be, one can take a free drop.. If there is casual water on the green, a ball on the green may be moved to the nearest place equidistant from the hole from which the putt will avoid water.
Chip	A lofted shot played from around the green. Usually played with a pitching wedge or a sand wedge.
Chip and Run	A low shot that runs towards the flag played from near the green.
Clubface	The area of the club that you use to hit the ball.
Clubhead	The part of the club attached to the lower end of the shaft, and used for striking the ball.
Collar	Edge of a sand hazard.
Cup	The tubular lining sunk in the hole. Also the hole itself.
D	top
Deep Stuff	Grass left to grow so that off-line shots are made more difficult. Also called 'rough'.
Divot	A chunk of turf removed by the clubhead when you play a shot, usually on the fairway.
Dog-leg	A hole with a fairway that bends sharply. A hazard is often positioned at the angle of the dog-leg to put you off driving across it.
Double Bogey	A score of two over par for a hole.
Double Eagle	A score of three under par on a hole (also called an Albatross)
Downswing	The part of the golf swing from the top of the backswing to striking the ball.
Draw	A shot with a slight, controlled curve through the air, from right to left for a right-handed player and right to left for a left-handed player.
Drive	A shot which is played from the tee, usually with a driver (a 1 wood).
Driver	The 1 wood, the most powerful club in the set, used for getting maximum distance off the tee.
Drop	When a ball must be lifted under penalty or otherwise, the player, standing erect, holds the ball at arm's length and shoulder height and drops it making sure that it does not land any nearer the hole.

Eagle	A score of two under par on a hole

Face	The surface of the clubhead that strikes the ball.
Fade	A shot designed the curve slightly in the air, from left to right for a right-handed player and right to left for a left-handed player.
Fairway	The cut grass, and proper route, between the tee and green.
Fairway Woods	2, 3, 4, 5, and sometimes higher-numbered woods designed to be used when the ball is in play after the tee shot.
Flag Stick	Also called the pin, flag, or stick, the flagstick marks the hole.
Follow-through	The part of the swing beyond impact with the ball.
"Fore!"	The shouted word by which golfers warn others on the course that they are in danger of being hit by the ball.
Fourball	A matchplay or strokeplay game of two players on each side, all four striking their own ball.
Foursome	A matchplay or strokeplay game between two sides of two players each, the partners striking the ball alternately.
Fringe	The collar of slightly longer grass around the the close-mown putting surface of the green.
Full Set	The 14 clubs which are allowed for playing a round. A full set usually consists of three or four wooden clubs or metal woods, nine or ten irons and a putter.
G	top
Get Legs	A term shouted by a golfer when a shot just made is assumed to be short of the intended goal.
Gimmee	Baby talk for "give me," a putt of two feet or less that a friendly opponent declares does not have to be holed out.
Grain	The angle at which the grass of a green grows. Putting "against the grain" requires more effort than "with the grain."
Green	The closely mown, carefully manicured target area in which the hole is cut.
Grip	The part of the club you hold, and the way you hold it.
Gross Score	The number of shots taken to complete the course before deduction of handicap to give the net score.
Ground Under Repair	Area of a course temporarily out of play, from which a ball may be removed for a drop without penalty. A ball outside the area may also be moved if the lie would cause the player to stand on it.
Guttie	A ball made from gutta percha. It lost popularity when the wound ball was introduced at the beginning of the 20th century.
H	top
Half Set	Either the odd or even irons, two woods and a putter. A half set of clubs is all a beginning golfer needs to start playing.
Handicap	A system devised to make play between golfers of different standards an even match. Your handicap is the number of strokes over par you average over four rounds at a golf course. For instance, if your average score is 88 on a par 72 course, you are given a handicap of 16. In strokeplay, if you play with a person that has a 2 handicap, you are allowed 14 strokes - the difference between your handicaps - extra strokes, one on each of the most difficult 14 holes. In matchplay, the longer handicap player would receive 11 shots - three quarters of the difference.
Hazard	A bunker, stream, ditch, lake, or pond are all hazards. Hazards are defined by a course committee.
Heel	The part of the clubhead beneath the end of the shaft.
Hole	This can mean the actual hole that you putt into or the entire area between tee and green.
Hole Handicap	Each score card indicates a handicap number for each hole. The lower the number, the harder the hole is to play. Some courses split odd and even handicap numbers between the front nine and back nine while others handicap all eighteen holes together. For example, the front nine can have handicap numbers 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 & 17 while the back nine have 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16, & 18. In this case, the number 2 handicap hole isn't necessarily the second hardest hole on the course. It's the first hardest hole for that nine. A lot of golfers prefer to have all eighteen handicapped together but it is up to the course to decide.
Hole in one	Also known as an 'ace'. A 'hole-in-one' is registered when the ball enters the hole direct from the tee shot.
Honor	To play first off the tee, the privilege of the winner of the preceding hole.
Hook	Faulty stoke when the ball curves to the left for right-handed players and right for left-handed players.
I	top
Iron	Irons are metal-headed clubs used for most shots between tee and green. Sometimes you can use them from the tee at holes where accuracy is more important than distance. The sand and pitching wedges are also irons.
L	top
Lateral Water Hazard	A ditch, stream, or pond roughly parallel to the line of the hole. A ball picked out may be played from either side, with a one-stroke penalty.
Lie	Where the ball is in relation to the ground it is resting on. The more embedded in the grass or sand the ball is, the worse the lie. Lie also refers to the angle of the sole of the clubhead to the shaft.
Links	A seaside golf course, typified by sand, turf, and course grass, of the kind where golf was originally played.
Loft	The angle of the clubface to the ground. The more loft a club has (indicated by how high the number is on the club) the higher the ball goes and the shorter distance it travels.
Long Game	Shots over about 180 yards (164m) long, played from the tee or on the fairway with woods or low-numbered irons.
Loose Impediments	Twigs and leaves, not actually growing, and not stuck to the ball, which may be removed from around it without penalty. The ball must not be moved.
Lost Ball	If after a five-minute search, a ball cannot be found, a competitor is penalized one stroke and plays another ball from the spot where the first one was hit, counting as the third shot.
M	top
Mark	To identify the spot on the green where a player has picked up a ball for cleaning or to clear the way for another player's putt.
Matchplay	A game between two players or two sides which is determined by the number of holes won or lost.
Mulligan	A second shot permitted without penalty. Usually only one is allowed per round and is limited to tee shots although the number can be agreed upon by players before the round begins.
N	top
Net Score	A player's score for a round after the handicap allowance has been deducted.
O	top
Out of Bounds	A ball is out of bounds if it lands anywhere prohibited for play - Usually beyond the courses boundaries.
P	top
Par	The standard score for a hole, usually based on it's length. Holes up to 250 yards (228m) long are par 3's, up to 475 yards (434m) par 4's and any longer than that are par 5's. Course committees are now authorized to vary par when a hole's difficulty warrants not sticking rigidly to the distances laid down.
Penalty	In strokeplay, a rule infringement usually costs two strokes; in matchplay, the hole is generally lost.
Pin	Informal name for the flagstick in the hole.
Pitch	A reasonably high shot onto the green, traveling anything from a few yards to 120 yards (110m). You generally use a 9 iron, a pitching wedge, or a sand wedge.
Pitching Wedge	A short iron with a large degree of loft, used for pitching high but short shots onto the green.
Play-off	If a competition ends with a tie, the winner is decided by playing further holes. Currently, the winner is usually the first competitor to win a hole. The U.S. and British Opens are exceptions.
Provisional	A ball played when it seems likely that the preceding shot is lost or out of bounds. It will count, plus a penalty.
Putt	The rolling shot taken on the green, with a putter.
R	top
Reading the Green	Looking at the slope and contours of the green to decide the line and speed of your putt.
Rough	Grass left to grow so that off-line shots are made more difficult. Also called 'deep stuff'.
S	top
Sand Trap	Alternate name for a bunker.
Sand Wedge	Also called a sand iron, the shortest, most lofted iron used for playing out of bunkers and for very short pitch shots.
Scramble	Team competition in which all players play from the site of their team's best drive, best second shot, and so on.
Scratch Player	A golfer with a handicap of zero.
Shaft	The length of the club down to the clubhead.
Shank	Area of an iron's clubhead at the hosel; hence a shot hit by the clubface at this point, which flies off to the right (right-handed player).
Short Game	Chipping, pitching, bunker play and putting on the green and around it up to a distance of 100 yards (90m) away.
Skulling	Hitting a chip or pitch shot too hard and sending the ball past the green.
Slice	Faulty shot which curves left to right in the air (right-handed player).
Square	When the clubface is placed at right angles to the imaginary ball-to-target line.
Snipe	A sharply hooked ball that dives quickly.
Stableford	A popular system of scoring by points for holes completed: par = 2 points, 1 under par = 3 points, 2 under par = 4 points, 1 over par = 1 point.
Stance	The position of your feet just before playing a shot.
Standard Scratch Score (SSS)	The score expected of a scratch player on any given course.
Stroke	A shot in golf.
Stroke and Distance	The penalty of one stroke and the return to the site of the shot before, when a ball is unplayable.
Stroke Index	The numbers on a scorecard indicating the order of the holes at which a handicap player receives strokes.
Strokeplay	A competition in which a player's total strokes for a round are recorded to be compared with the scores of other competitors. 'Strokeplay', the correct term, is often referred to as 'medal play'.
Swingweight	The weight and balance of a club. All the clubs in your set should be the same swingweight.
T	top
Tagged It	Used to refer to a good golf shot. Usually a tee or fairway shot that is long and on target.
Takeaway	The start of the backswing.
Tee	The area of a hole from which you play the first shot.
Tee Off	The first shot that is played by the golfer on each hole. In one round the golfer will 'tee-off' eighteen times.
Tee Peg	You can put the ball on this device for your first shot to help raise the ball off the ground. It is then much easier to attain height.
Tempo	The timing and rhythm of your swing, which should be even and smooth throughout.
Thin	A long, low shot hit by mistake with the leading edge of the club (blade).
Three off the tee	If a ball is lost, out of bounds, or unplayable from the tee shot, the player is penalized one stroke and tees off again - the third shot.
Tiger	Someone who is playing unusually well.
Top	A shot mistakenly hit with the bottom edge of the club, so that the ball is embedded in the ground before popping up, and in most cases traveling only a short distance.
Trap	A sand bunker.
Triple Bogey	A score of three over par on a hole.
U	top
Unplayable	A player may choose to deem a ball unplayable, taking a penalty stroke and dropping the ball no nearer the hole. A ball that is unplayable in a bunker must be dropped in the bunker or stroke and distance taken.
Uphill Lie	When a ball is positioned on ground sloping up ahead of the player.
W	top
Waggle	A player's loosening-up movements at address.
Wedge	A club with an extremely lofted face (pitching and sand irons).
Whiff	A complete miss of the ball on a swing. Also called a fan.
Wood	A club normally used for distance shots. It can be made of wood, metal, or graphite.
Y	top
Yardage (distance) Chart	A plan of the holes on a course showing the distance from one point to another. It can be printed by the course or prepared by the golfer or his caddie.
Yips	A condition where the played is so anxious about his putting that he can't swing his putter back, and the stroke becomes a jerky jab at the ball.

I will advise how to prepares to play tee off (drive), which if golf players know the right approach and get proper training as a routine, as a result , this will help you to play tee off shot effectively and also help improve your score.

Step 1. Make sure you pitch the tee correctly by leave the tee top high enough , this could be measured by when you lay the top of the driver on the ground, the top of the ball have to stay higher than the top of the driver. Also, you have to make sure that the ball lay straight to the inner feet foot. As a result of this approach, the direction of the ball and the carry distance greater than putting the ball lower than the driver and hit at lower approach and if golf player can do this approach correctly, the direction of the ball won't deviate and go to the desired target. However, if you are in the situation that you must tee off against the wind, you should pitch the tee lower and adjust the ball position right to the middle between your legs in order to avoid the wind deviate the direction and power of the ball.

Step2. After you finish placing the ball for tee shot you should turn back to stand behind the ball again then look through the ball to see the desired target in order to mark the ball’s drop point. meanwhile, you should also consider the direction of the wind, position of any obstacles and the slope of the fairway etc., then you can approaching to the tee drive.

Step 3. Grip by using only left hand first in order to arrange the proper angel for driver to touch the ball (square or right angel) and in order to arrange the driver to line up with your left arm.

Step 4. Put the driver’s head down behind the ball, to make square angle to the ball pathway, then separate feet and bend down the knees in normal approach. This will help to control the direction of the ball to be straight line. Besides, this approach also help you to estimate how much the distance you should keep far from the ball before driving. don't try to reach to the ball because if you do so, the driver will not be in the right position. You can check whether you are in the right approach is your hip, shoulder have to line up on the same line of the ball’s pathway.

Then use the right hand grip the driver but do not move your body, otherwise, you will lose the right position, as a result, the shot will become slice shot.

The position of the ball before tee off is also important. The driver will first touch the ball a bit when you do up swing positioning the ball at the left foot and this approach will bring the full power of your shot so you can drive the ball as far as you can.
May I remind you that an effective drive shot requires extensive practice and training and this definitely worth your time and patient and you can improve your scores.

1. Always use same swing pose every time you shift the ball from sand bunker.
Every time you have to shift the ball from the sand bunker, always use same swing pose, then adjust only the position of the ball, and also consider to adjust the weight of down swing whether it should be harder or lighter, in order to estimate the distance to the target. Unless you are in the really difficult situation such as the ball sinks into the sand , or in any circumstances that normal approaches could not be applied, then will use special techniques. Normally, the factor use to decide how deep the sand you should dig into is depends on individual experience in sand bunker shifting, but the basic approach is addressing openly , keep the putter floating a bit above the sand, then swing down to the same line where you are addressing. It is also useful to keep in mind that you should hit the ball on the left and slices from outside reach in and the power must come from the upper part of the body while your feet buried into the sand and do not be afraid to hit the sand.

2. Your swing must be smooth and continuous.

About which size of putter should be used is really depends on individual experience and expertise. You should get much training enough to decide which size of putter suit you the most.

4. When up swing, make sure that your left shoulder aligned with the right foot.
Address in correct posture when up swing will bring the most effective and powerful to the hit. You must always remember that when up swing turn left shoulder to align with the right leg. This pose will draw the power from muscles between the shoulder and the waist while full speed of the swing being generated. The enough and proper training will develop you swing very quickly.

5. Find the focal point where the putter hit the ball.

After he had X-ray diagnostic, he was told that his ankle bone is broken, and this requires 6 weeks to recover. The situation like this can happen to many of amateur golfer, but the majority of them are not often the worse case.

You may have seen many of golfers in your group losing their body balance after take a shot, some of them scream or exclaim out loud. The cause of this is due to they can not maintain their body balance in most case.

So how to keep and maintain the balance during approach, swing or even taking a shot?
You, as a golfer, can practice to keep and maintain balance effectively if understand the basic principle about these balancing theories

1. Rules of the centre of gravity
According to the principle, the centre of gravity will change if position of the body is changed (movement), for example if we lift an arm up overhead, the centre of gravity will also be lifted up. If we lift the left arm, the centre of gravity will be changed to the left and if lift an arm up and point to the front, the centre of gravity will be changed to front also. So when you are approaching, try to bend down you knees a bit in order to the balance and stability.
2. Size of basement
The wider basement, the more stable. Therefore, for approaching to tee off, you should keep stretching out your legs a bit wider in order to maintain the balance. However, unlike tee off approach. You can stand normally for shifting and putting because these approaches require less movement.
3. Relation between the centre of gravity and basement
The more of the centre of gravity close to the middle point of the basement, the less chance to lose the balance. When taking back swing, do not transfer the weight of the body to the right side by moving the whole body, instead, try to turn only shoulder and hip. By doing this way, the centre of gravity will also be move to the back side but less movements needed, as a result, we can maintain the balance and we will try to keep the centre of gravity still be on the basement as much as we can.
4. Your weight
This theory is all about the total mass of the body that affect to the ability to maintain the balance. Person who has more weight and active muscles will be able to maintain the balance better than those who has lighter weight.
5. Momentum and External circumstances
If you are playing in bad weather, especially in strong wind from the front tacking against yourself. You may adjust your approaching by a bit lean forward to maintain the balance
6. Friction
Friction is the most important factor that affect to the balance of the body during movement. Generally, the less friction, the less ability to control the balance. From this theory, please make sure that your golf shoes are in good condition because good shoes will increase friction with the green’s surface so it will help you to control the balance during take a shot.

Just change your attitude.
All of the successful golfer who are very keen on putting are always believe that they can be the putting expert. Golf is an amazing mirror of life. Yes, other sports provide life lessons as well, but golf happens to be my favorite sport and the one I understand the best. It is an addiction, a mystical experience, a test of character, an escape, a source of rare joy and excruciating pain. No psychological test will tell you as much about a person's character as a round of golf. With the arrival of spring, here are some of my observations about golf and the game of life:

1. Expectations & Flexibility. Golf, like life, is not mastered in a season, and it is particularly frustrating if we approach it with stiff and inflexible expectations. Great golf begins with stretching, bending, loosening up, and matching my desired outcomes with the realities of a body grown lazy over the winter. A sense of humor, and a sprinkling of humility go a long way!

2. Clarity of Purpose. Many golfers never stop to think about why they play the game. To win? To have fun? For social reasons, or for the challenge? For the exercise? Just as striving to become rich and famous often creates frustration and disappointment, few will ever play professionally, and striving for perfection is a setup for "failure". Know why you play the game and where you find your satisfaction and joy in it.

3. Equipment. Most golfers play with clubs that don't fit them, or that no longer suit their games. Graphite shafts and new club designs have revolutionized golf. Active golfers should have their clubs checked for loft, lie, and length, and have them re-gripped every season. Almost any job is easier with the right tools.

4. Solid Foundations. Golfers go to extremes. Some take lesson after lesson, trying to fix the tiniest flaw in their quest for the perfect swing. Others, ignore the classic foundations of grip, stance and swing in their eagerness to "do it my way." Success is usually found in a healthy balance of learning from the wisdom and experience of others, while celebrating your unique style and approach to the game.

5. Profitable Practice. On the day of a big tournament, I often go to the practice green and watch skilled, dedicated golfers practice missing putts. With a small crowd milling about, they quickly hit putt after putt, destroying their rhythm, timing and confidence. Then, in frustration, they wonder what ever happened to their carefully honed putting stroke! In golf, and in life, practice smart. Practice for success!

6. Smart Preparation. Tour players always play practice rounds. Ben Hogan used to walk the course at twilight before a tournament to learn all it's hidden tricks and traps. Top players rehearse every shot in their imagination before going to the course. They prepare in advance so they are ready when the moment of truth arrives. It pays off.

7. Show up. The biggest challenge for many Nike Tour and other young players is to play their best golf without a nickel in their pocket, often lonely and far from home. They have reasons to be distracted. What are your excuses? Ram Das said, "Be here now." In golf, and in life, it's hard to win if you don't show up, or only show up for every-other swing!

8. Warm up. Every great athlete, the ones in the best physical and mental shape, respect their bodies enough to loosen up, stretch and rehearse before competition. Unfortunately, most amateurs don't go to all that trouble. We jump out of the car, grab the clubs, and head for the first tee. Before any important event, arrive early, walk around, relax, and warm up to the task at hand.

9. Focus on Results. Every golf stroke creates a result. Sometimes the ball goes in the hole; sometimes it goes out of bounds. Golfers tend to focus (1) on the result they would have preferred, which is merely wishful thinking, or (2) on beating themselves up for being so "stupid", which is painful. Learn from every swing. Observe the results you actually get. Life never lies!

10. Review and Adjust. If you aren't getting the results you want, find the reason. You can trust the ball; it goes where you hit it. If you want a different outcome, change your setup, routine, or other actions until you get the result you prefer. Someone said, "Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is a mark of insanity." Successful people learn quickly; others learn eventually.

Many of the top touring professionals know that winning on the tour today takes much more than a great game of golf. It means understanding every aspect of their physical and mental being and what factors influence their performance.

Before any golfer, pro or otherwise, picks up a club, they look at the capability of their body versus the requirements of the swing.

What exactly does this mean?

Most of us are aware that golf requires rotation at the hip joints, shoulder joints and spine. So, what if a golfer has a very tight low back or any restrictions in their shoulders? Well, the obvious answer is that any loss of range of motion creates swing flaws in addition to injuries. This is a fact based on human performance and movement. It is also necessary to create a fluid and natural golf swing. Not only does golf require good rotation at each joint, but it must be efficient and explosive.

Last fall I had the opportunity to visit such a human performance center where some of the more famous tour players train. I was able to explore the same tests they take as part of their initial assessment period. Remember since we are all built differently and have different strengths and weaknesses, we all test differently.

The results of these tests help guide, direct and prioritize any training program moving forward. How successful is this approach to golf conditioning? I watched it place a green jacket on a well deserving young player just a couple of years ago.

What exactly do you test for?

Muscle strength. Evaluate each significant muscle group. Are there any significant differences between your left side and your right side?

Range of Motion. Do you have adequate range of motion in the joints which most affect the golf swing? How does your lower body look versus your upper body? Does your left side match the flexibility in your right?

Core strength and endurance. Do you know how to properly engage your core region? If so, for how long?

Aerobic capacity and endurance. Do you have what it takes to last through a solid 18 holes? Is there an opportunity for improvement?

Balance. Do you have proper balance? Do you know what normal balance for golf looks like?

Physical assessment tests similar are commonly used by the top touring pros today. These tests are being offered at some of the top golf performance centers and will surely be the wave of the future. It is your true understanding of your relative strengths and weaknesses that creates opportunities for immediate and sound improvement in your game.

A golf conditioning program should always be accompanied by a solid golf nutrition plan. In essence, what you eat determines how you play. So, which foods produce champions and which foods hinder play? Let me give you a few hints.

It goes without saying that proper nutrition is important for all of us. But, if you are serious about shaving valuable strokes off your scorecard, you need to make some tough decisions on seeing your diet through. If you travel for golf, or play in frequent tournaments, it is important not to fall into the trap of 'settling' for fast food or a quick bag of chips or chocolate bar. Make a commitment to use some or all of the following tips and your energy will reach new heights in your next round.

? Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Both of these are diuretics and cause fluid loss. They also both affect performance. Coffee can over stimulate your mind or your muscles, making your performance uncontrolled. Excessive consumption of alcohol severely affects your coordination.

? Avoid large amounts of food in the two hours leading up to tee time. Food in your digestive system diverts blood away from your brain and muscles, affecting concentration and physical performance. A meal two to three hours before play is preferred.

? Don't skip meals. Golfers need that slow and steady release of energy to see them through difficult or long hours of play. Smaller meals are better to help increase metabolism.

? Eat 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day. This gives your body the nutrition it needs to last.

? Drink lots of water. Think in terms of 8 to 10 glasses each day. Continue throughout your round to stay hydrated especially during the summer months.

? Combine carbohydrates, proteins and fats at each meal. This aides in overall digestion and ensures you are getting the proper nutrients.

? Bring a snack or bag lunch. Beverage carts are not known for healthy choices, so don't put yourself in a position to feel forced to rely on them.

? Avoid high processed foods or sugar based foods. They tend to raise blood sugar levels quickly and, then, drop rapidly causing fatigue.

? Stick with the basics. Don't try new foods just before you play. Stick with what you know your body responds well to.

? Keep it simple. There is no need to make elaborate meals or go to great extent in preparation. A piece of fruit and bag of nuts will go a long way in replenishing energy when you need it.

The game of golf can be difficult when you consider all of the individual elements. Most golfers are overwhelmed with information regarding which tips will benefit their game and which ones won't.

The most important aspects of the golf swing and the game, in general, all revolve around the building of a strong and solid foundation for the body, the mind and the basics of an athletic swing. Each of the following concepts plays a critical role in your understanding of what creates a great round of golf as well as contributes to a lifetime enjoyment of the game.

Stamina

Golfers tend to ignore the cardiovascular component of golf. However, walkers cover an approximate walking distance of 4-5 miles each round. Even cart riders put in their fair share of walking depending on local cart rules, weather conditions and following errant shots. Poor cardiovascular conditioning can certainly have a negative impact on your game.

Stability

The most important rule in a golf conditioning program is to work and develop strength from the core region of the body outward. A strong trunk allows forces to be transferred effectively from the legs to the upper body. It also enables the body to withstand those forces without breakdown. Stabilization comes in many forms for the golfer including postural stabilization, trunk stabilization and joint stabilization.

Strong ligaments and tendons also prevent the joints from going beyond their range of motion.

Supple

Flexibility is the single most important physical characteristic likely to influence your golf swing. A tight body creates restricted motion in the swing and produces injuries as a form of compensation. Keep your body "supple" so it doesn't become a limiting factor in your performance.

Spirit

Attitude is everything! Many experts believe it is careful and premeditated preparation that allows a golfer to experience a mental edge in recreational or tournament play. Sequence

The golf swing can be separated into five biomechanical phases that work in sequence.

Golf Fitness: The Quickest Way To Play Better Golf

Golf has always been viewed as a game of leisure. But today's golfer is leaner, stronger, and fitter. Until the last few years, golfers didn't know how to go about incorporating golf fitness, or specifically resistance training for golf.

They have had a vision of going into the local gym and being intimidated by the "muscle heads." It can also be overwhelming to decide what plan of action to take and if it will be worth the time and effort. I have listed some myths about strength training for golf and the truths about them as well.

"I will bulk up too much and that will hinder my golf swing."

Golf fitness (resistance training specific for golf) will not result in muscle gain that will alter your swing mechanics. To increase muscle size, involves lifting increasingly heavier weights with lower repetitions, increasing your calorie intake dramatically, and spending a couple of hours per day lifting weights.

A golf fitness program incorporates moderate weight, with medium (12-15) repetitions, and in a time frame of 30-45 minutes. This type of program is designed to improve your golf specific strength and endurance, not build muscle.

"I will lose flexibility if I lift weights."

In fact, the opposite is true! Weak muscles are also tight muscles. When you do resistance training, you are increasing blood flow, working through a functional range of motion specific to golf, and strengthening the tendons and ligaments in every joint of your body. In conjunction with a stretching program, strength training will improve flexibility, not hinder it.

"Weight training will cause me to lose feel."

By strengthening your muscles specific to golf, you will have better control of your body. A golf fitness program trains your body specifically for your golf game. When you improve functional strength, you have more control and balance, which will improve your feel. Strength training involves body awareness, muscular control, and coordination. These are all key elements for enhanced golf.

So in summary, golf fitness can be done when you are in your early teens (with supervision), or into your late 80's. I have personally worked with people in there 70's and 80's who increased their strength 100%. This was partly due to the initial level of fitness being so low. My point is, that it is never too late to start. Search out a fitness professional or conditioning specialist to design a golf specific program and you will play better than you ever imagined! Improve your golf performance. Is this always on your mind? When you go out to golf you're hoping for a good round. I know I do.

How often does your outcome match what you hoped for? Do you usually shoot the scores you had envisioned before you teed off? If not, do you ever evaluate where and how you could have saved strokes and avoided those blow up holes?

I've got 5 easy tips for you to implement immediately that will improve your golf performance by shaving 4-6 or even more strokes off your score the next time you play. Give them a try and see what happens. Here they are:

1. First off you've got to put the proper fuel in your body before you leave home. Most golfers don't give it a second thought. They either don't eat at all before they leave home or they eat something that is not going to give them the long-term energy they're hoping for. So whether it's lunch or breakfast before you leave you need to consume a complex carbohydrate and a good protein source. This combination will warrant the best use of your energy for the long haul.

An example for breakfast would be a bowl of oatmeal and a couple of egss with a piece of fruit or a juice. For lunch you could have a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with a piece of fruit. Lot's of lettuce on the sandwich and try to avoid mayonnaise or butter.

2. The second tip is to properly warm up your body before you even hit your first ball. I see so many golfers show up 5 minutes before tee time, hack a few balls and head to the first tee. Those golfers are headed for a double bogey right off the bat - but hey they're just getting "warmed up" right?

A better approach is to give yourself at least 30 minutes before your tee time. First do some dynamic (movement oriented) stretches to prepare your body to perform. Things like arm circles, partial squats, toe touches, etc. Then take some half swings with a 7 iron. Now after that you're ready to hit some wedges. You'll find with this approach your hits on the range will be much better, which will build your confidence.

3. Drink lots of water even before you leave your house. Try to consume up to a gallon of Water before you get to the course. This will help you absorb and digest your pre-game meal and hydrate your muscles for optimal performance. Don't take this lightly. Dehydration causes energy loss, lack of focus and concentration and fatigue later in the round. And remember, that's before you even come to the course. Once you get their you should be drinking water every hole.

4. Don't wait 'til you get tight to stretch on the course. You should be constantly moving your body and stretching your joints while you play. I see and hear too many golfers complaining of tight lower backs or shoulders during the round, What amazes me is that with all that complaining they do nothing about it. Why? Think of your body as a machine. If the machine starts to break down ? fix it. I mean stretch those areas while you're playing. You'll see a big difference in your swing mechanics late in the round.

5. Snack while you play. No I don't mean the full meal at the turn with a beer. I mean bringing fruit and nutrition bars to eat every 4-6 holes. When you supply your body with the proper nutrients your energy levels stay balanced and you will avoid those mental lapses late in the round. How many times have you had a good score only to blow up late in the round? I'll bet more than a couple of times. I know I have. Treat your body like a Ferrari not a Ford Pinto.

Three Secrets of A Consistent Golf Stroke

What you are about to read... will change your golfing life forever! What are these three "secrets"? If you knew how would they effect your game?. These three "secrets" are what the worlds best players do. Every player MUST know these "secrets" if they are to have a powerful, repeating golf stroke.

The problem with the majority of golfers is that they don't know what to do. Oh their friends, well wishers at best, tell them that they are "bending their left arm", "raising up through the shot", "coming over the top" and host of other swing faults. But these are the same people that shoot the same scores you do! What could they possibly tell you that would improve your game?

The information you are about to receive is not theory or conjecture but science. Ooooh, you say, this sounds complicated. Well it isn't, it is simply the laws of force and motion that govern our entire lives and day to day living. Once you understand these simply laws your golf game will forever change...for the better!

Secret #1: A Flat Left Wrist

Because the golf stroke involves a golf club, a left arm, and a wrist in between, it is called a "lever system". The left wrist acts as a "hinge pin" much like the old time "flail" used to beat wheat. This "hinge pin" can rotate, cock or uncock but NEVER Bends!

Golfers however routinely bend the left wrist causing the clubhead to reach the ball before the hands do. This causes a "quitting" motion, adds loft to the clubface, points the face to the left of target, makes the clubhead swing upward disrupting the downward motion that ALL good golf shots MUST have. Good players DELOFT the clubface at Impact. Poor players ADD loft to the clubface costing them distance, direction, and trajectory.

A 5 iron, for example, has approximately 8 degrees for "forward lean" when soled properly. At Impact with good players the "lean" is approximately 15 degrees. This turns the 5 iron into a 4 iron. Poor players reach Impact with a "backward" leaning clubshaft thereby ADDING loft and turning the 5 iron into a 6-7 iron!

Secret #2: A Staright Plane Line

You only have two choices when it comes to the swing plane, you are either on or you're off. There is no middle ground!

What exactly is the swing plane? The plane is the angle of the clubshaft as it sets at address - period! It is NOT Hogans plane of glass as many would have you to believe. There are only three planes available;

1. Horizontal - a wall
2. Vertical - the floor
3. Inclined somewhere in between

As golfers you and I use the Inclined Plane to swing the club back up and end, down out and forward, up back and in making the Golf Stroke three dimensional.

The clubshaft, actually the sweetspot of the club, may travel to any other plane angle during the swing as long as it DOES NOT cross the base of the plane. Here is a simple way you can know if you are on plane or not. Whichever end of the club is nearest to the ground MUST also point at the base of the plane from horizon to horizon. If neither end is nearer then the clubshaft MUST be horizontal to the ground and parallel to the base of plane.

Secret #3: A Lagging Clubhead

Lag by definition means "trailing". When the clubhead passes the hands coming into Impact there is no "lag". Without "lag" the golf ball cannot be compressed, we cannot hit downward, and we have a tremendous power loss. Clubhead lag promotes a steady and even acceleration giving us a dependable way to control distance.

Look at any picture of your favorite player at Impact. The left arm and clubshaft are in ONE LINE! Never two lines. This means that the player is utilizing "lag". When a ball is struck with "lag" it explodes off the clubface! Without this "lag" the sound turns into one of mush, a soft Impact instead of a driving Impact.

If you follow this outline, learn these three "Secrets" you will be hitting the ball with more compression than you ever thought possible.

For example, a Driver striking a golf ball with a 2 degree "backward" leaning clubshaft at 100 mph with 9.5 degrees of loft produces a launch angle of 6.4 degrees and a carry distance of 230 yards.

By changing Impact to a 2 degree forward leaning clubshaft the player produces a launch angle of 10.4 degrees and a carry of 251 yards. A 21 YARD INCREASE WITHOUT buying a new Driver and simply having clubhead lag!
